4chan has changed, either you like it or you hate it.
It's more difficut to have OC without some pages make them fucking "teenage/college culture shit"
For example: the ragecomics used to be decent until things like 9gag appeared, the motivators or
demotivators and so on.
Even so we have some things that are decent but not on /b/, sadly.
