Can't remember all the details but basically a girl who drives from place to place in a tank that
talks to her. She's supposedly got some special skill and such. The whole things seems like a
slice of life style anime with some action here and there. It wasn't bad, it just lost my
interest about halfway through. More recent releases kept me from continuing it.
