So in order to get the mp3 out of this fucker I decompiled and made 28MB .wav with 1411kbps from
the audio (because when i converted it to .mp3 it had only 160kbps bit rate wich sucks ass) and
what I did next was converting the 28MB .wav into 320kbps .mp3
So I ask you is this legit quality of 320kbps? Or I just fucked with it.
I used 2 converters (swf to wav converter and wav to mp3 covnerter)

Try Sothink SWF decompiler. It'll extract audio in its native bitrate and format, no re-encoding
needed. In this flash it's encoded down to 160kbps. You could re-encode it higher but it won't
make it sound better. Try tracking down some source.
I just re-read your first sentence, yeah that 160kbps is the best you're gonna get, re-encoding
will only ever make it sound worse.
