first time i saw this, it was named skirt
also my first theory on this was that it was a guy who had somehow changed physical appearance to
that of a female, therefore he wore a belt because he didnt know how to make the skirt stay on

I don't see how it stays on, but I think she probably does it that way since it's a men's belt,
and even the smallest hole wouldn't make it short enough to fit around her waist?
