You need an extra beamer arm, and the mirror goes where you put the pyramid piece (if you did it
already), rotate the top part after using it.

Knew I needed the beamer arm. Found it, put the mirror in place and now I have 7 documents, 4
pictures, a stone button, and a hammer. I got the 'secret item' (of which I know not what it did
if anything) and am trying to figure out "What next?"

The stone button is used in some pedestal close to a cat statue, I can't remember the area. The
hammer is quite useless, only to get a secret item and they don't do anything in-game. Don't
worry you got quite far I had to get some help as well.
