I am pretty sure that there are people out there who can fap to this. However. I am more sure
that the majority of those people are either into taxadermy or some odd combination of bestiality

It's a foal with severe deformities, for example cyclocephaly (The two eyes fail to seperate
during embryonic development, forming one deformed unfunctional eye) and lots of other small
stuff.
