my method

Chain your areas together for maximum dice production. Keep large stacks on or one tile away from
the frontiers and try to avoid enemy massive stacks. Donuts.

Be careful if you grab too much territory too quickly. At a certain point the computer will leave
each other alone and all focus on you. You want to have enough of a force so that once you hit
that point of them designating you as the main enemy you can still crush them.

Honestly, if they decide to focus on you, they've already lost. They do it when you have around
half of the map under control, and since they can't either coordinate properly nor match your
dice production, there's almost no mathematical possibility of your defeat.

I reached a point where I was producing more dice than i could place and they apparently keep
staking up so no matter how much dice i used or lost when i ended round I had max dice on each
area

It was crazy, in my game I almost got anihalated just screwing around, I was a sad negro colony
just inhabiting the corner, watching these two super powers go at it.
Finally I was able to acrue a tiny bit of land, and piece by piece until I struck when they were
weak and suddenly it was me vs pretty much the both of them.
9/10 had fun interesting AI
