If you open this in a new window and resize the window so it's really thin and really tall, you can
see the song name there.
In this one, it's "Respite" made by Danny Baranowsky, from the game "The Binding of Isaac". Use
that trick mentioned above to check the sauce for the "riding forever" loop. (I assume you were the
one asking the sauce?)
