Is this from a military training tape or something? Because it sounds like an attempt to give a
working knowledge of how a computerized navigation system works to idiot grunts who can't
understand technical words

So, if the missile is where it wasn't a second ago, then its in movement. And if its where it was
a second ago, then it must be at a still spot, right?
therefore, if it is where it was, then the missile explodes, because it must have hit something
to be in the same spot it was a second ago.
Missile Logic.

I've seen this clip in a military briefing before but it was just something extra thrown in.
