I need to embed a video into a swf like the swf I uploaded. I've looked everywhere and all i've

Can you please be more specific? It works if I embed it using the flv component thing but that's
only playing a local file. If I try the other way where I chuck it in the timeline it doesn't
work, it says unsupported video codec and audio codec.

conversion won't do it.
