I've never seen an actual explanation as to why science doesn't work, no. People say things like
"science has never been tested" or "science doesn't work" when reffering to zeitgeist. Yet that
doesn't explain anything to me. What I find is that market advocates care so much about cost
cutting to save money so they don't care about what enables technical efficiency.
