i5-3570k, OC to 4.4Ghz.
I get ~45% load and 51C temps with this flash in full screen in Firefox.

doesn't even wake my cpu up, was at 1.6 ghz idling (speed step), with the flash it jumped to 1.73
ghz. verified with a REAL benchmark that I am running 4 ghz full load.
