It has to do with caching. If the first time you open a file with a given name is a screamer, all
subsequent files uploaded with the same name will appear to be the same file. Your browser looks
at the filename and thinks it's the same, so it uses the old copy without downloading the new one.
The original vip.swf is a music player.

Are browsers really still that dumb nowadays? I haven't really come across caching problems since
like the late 2000s.
