I wouldn't say "always," more like "used to." Television nowadays is catered towards a more dull
audience and children's shows, while they still have their moments (albeit few and thin), the
charm is lost while companies like 4kids, Disney, and Nick put out more and more dumbed-down
copies of older shows.
