I kinda like physical bullets instead of hitboxes, hit boxes are nice for when you're the only
one with a chance to hit, but in a situation with NPCs who can automatically aim at you...nah.

You guys are both thinking of "Hitscan" which is where a weapon just traces a line from the
shooter to where he's looking and it's calulated instantly.
Hitboxes are just the volume of a character that is actually valid for registering damage.
