Next time try this: Capture video frames. Place video frames in timeline.
Place text in scene.
Place audio in scene. Set it up as "Stream". Make the audio the length of the video in the
timeline.

ok then help me out make something decent for now. What should i use? cause I am using Format
Factory. And i am playing with the settings trying to make it as good but as low as I can. I
don't want to mess with Adobe JUST yet. That would be a little to much to handle. I will do that
later.

It's not hard.
Just use Flash. You'll never learn anything if you skirt around the issue. Decent Flash can't be
made with anything other than Adobe Flash. The only other alternative is Adobe Flex, which is for
programmers.
