404'ing doesn't immediately allow it to be reposted. I'm not sure what the buffer is, but, for
example, just made a thread, played the file, deleted thread, attempting to open file yields 404,
and yet it cannot be reposted due to it being a duplicate.
If one knew the length of the buffer, one could probably sabotage Touhou Tuesday simply by making
a thread and immediately deleting it, 4x per person a length of time before Tuesday coinciding
with the buffer.

about now.

I think you doubt the shear amount of touhou flashes that exist. In my touhou folder alone I have
enough flashes to fill /f/ many times. And more touhou flashes are being made as we speak.
