I see no problem with this so long as it's consensual and it's not being performed on children or
others without the ability to make a reasonable judgement call on the matter.
She's someone obsessed enough with her beauty that she's willing to undergo surgery to make her
vag pretty. While I don't agree that this is a huge priority, it's her money and her choice. Good
luck to her.
That said, there *is* such a thing as an ugly vagina, as >>2040938 has so helpfully pointed out.
If you're absolutely disfigured down there and it's negatively impacting your life, cosmetic
surgery is a perfectly reasonable option to boost your self confidence and improve how you
interact with your partner.
Our bodies are just life support systems for our brains, and what you do to yours has no real
impact on me. Feel free to get them pierced, modified and altered as you like. Who am I to tell
you how you should live?
