Alright... I -think- it's a metaphor for parenthood- While obeying everything your parents tell
you will lead to you having a more "realistic" worldview; IE what they personally believe the
world to be, it's generally boring and cynical, while casting aside their ideals and doing your
own thing will lead you to see more of the world's "color" or variety, but also blind you to real
life. The entire time, no matter how disobedient or obedient you are, your parent still loves you.

when you do exactly as your told, and answer the way that the game wants you to answer, the
reality gets shown.
when you do what you're not told, and don't answer the way the game wants you, you don't get to
see more, but you get to see in color.
It's basically saying that individuality and freedom come at the cost of security.
It was a very pro-S&M game
I mean, whatever you say you are at the start, the game tells you that you are not just the
opposite gender, but the child version. Then if you remember that by the end, and answer
correctly (assuming you've followed all the rules) then the game corrects you and says you are
the grown up version of the gender they instilled on you.
