For this, I managed to stumble upon the .fla of the game. I think you could use a .swf decompiler
to sort of "reverse engineer" the .swf into a .fla that you later can edit.
For the actual hacking of this game, I simply added some function calls that usually are
triggered when you meet certain criteria to be called when you push the restart button. Of course
you could make it call these functions whenever and wherever you want in a language such as
ActionScript.
But to "learn hacking" I'd do some reading up on coding if you don't know how to do that. You
know, look for some tutorials on youtube or something to get the idea how this kind of stuff
works.
If you know some basic stuff about programming you'll have an easy time doing stuff like this. As
for tools, just a copy of Adobe Flash will do.
