keep clicking her mouth.
eventually heart box will appear on top right.

I searched with tab. You can click on the top of her head, her forehead, her lips, and her
breasts. What the secret series is I don't know.

ok so i've got her mouth to stay open, although i'm not sure the significance.
spam click the stick until the heart appears on the top left.
then click stick>glasses>icepop in that order over and over.
eventually, her mouth will just stay open.
I find this by trial and error so maybe i'm adding some unnecessary step.
