You know some people do hear music. They're otherwise completely sane. There are many cases of
people who are unable to concentrate because of loud music distracting them. A part of their mind
that remembers and imagines music is interpreted as actually happening because of a neurological
miswiring. Some people have been woken in the night by an extremely loud explosion, and that
sound occurs at unpredictable intervals. :)
