If I click on one of the heart dialog popups in time, she rockets off the top of the screen and
reappears back to the standard position, but more angry. The only option is to reset.

To get the "meter": Click on pocky, click on lips and keep on clicking lips. Then you can get
popsicle, then drag upwards... Dunno if meter has anything to do with anything.
To get weird end... Keep on clicking DS<->Popsicle.
