The Happy Meal is called a "Happy Set" in Japanese, as you can see from the moonrune writing and
hear the kids yelling.
The song playing is Yoshi's Island - "Athletic". A lot of the Mario games name the really upbeat
level tunes for stages with lots of jumping "Athletic" themes.
