  The game is i believe is Project DIVA for the PSP, a Miku rythym game.

  The person playing it Sucks Balls.

  You can add extra songs to it using the Edit mode.

  It's got 5 main and 3 secondary titles spread out over the PSP, PS3, Nidentdo 3DS, iOS, Sega
  RingEdge and PlayStation Vita .
