The dude did an OK job but sounds to old. The girl just sounds like a hentai voice over girl
trying to go main stream... so damn scratchy and nasally. Naynners would have been a better voice
range for the female.
Just cause the lips match movement does not give the excuse to force the voice into an unnatural
rhythm.

voice and actions are synced pretty well, just the sound of the voices don't really match, the
male character isn't too bad but the female needs a little higher pitch and to lose the accent.
6.5/10 would watch with dub and I don't like to watch with dub.

Dear Op,
stop trying to be so serious with dubs,
and just say 'fuck it', and do whatever for the dub.
Use outtakes, go off the beaten path from the original script. Don't bother synching up the lips.
In short, fuck around with the dub, do something ORIGINAL.
If there's one thing 4channers respect, it something that is so bad, it's actually good.
What you're trying here, is to be 'good', and 'pro'. That ain't gonna work.
