1 pull the levers in the back.
2 press the bottom button on the left.
3 use the silhouette (Above the levers) to aim the lasers.
4 aim at body parts, and adjust.

You have to actually select the body part, not just adjust while aiming.

Adjusting hips to maximum lets you rip the skirt off.
Adjusting the boobs to max and pushing her shirt buttons in quick succession rips her shirt off.
Both of these increase the max size of their respective body part. Increasing the boobs to the
new maximum pushes the display back letting you pull the middle lever and press the middle laser
button to aquire penis.
Not sure about how I unlocked the third laser button, but it lets you adjust individual
boobs/hips separately
