Morons. All you gotta do is plan ahead, and space out blocks so there's one in between your
blockade, that's your room for his actions. So you cover more ground with a blockade and
whichever way he goes you can cut off easy. Also do your blockade farther from him rather than
closer.

Think two to three moves ahead of the cat.
Want the cat to change direction? Slap a block directly in its path about 3 steps away, it will
turn around and go the other way.
Oh and use the already grayed-out blocks to your advantage, to build roadblocks and such.
