It's from Welcome to the NHK, I don't believe there's a dubbing of it yet, but I could be wrong.
It's the story of a young man who is a 'hikkikomori', however you spell it, and his trials and
tribulations, and his relationship with a girl who attempts to pull him out of his shell.
The guy -IS- a douche, but it's still a good animu.
