Needs, help, why does the sound do that, and more importantly HOW DOES I FIX IT?

i thought you did it with intention since the flash is so crappy otherwise too
you have the audio clip set to play on event, which means it will start playing every time that
frame is being entered (when the animation loops the timeline goes back to frame 1 - probably the
one with the audio event).
to fix it, change audio play action from "event" to "start". you do this in the frame properties
from a drop-down menu (im only recalling from my memory though, and it might look a bit different
in CS4 which you are using judging from the flash's meta data). then the audio won't start
playing again if it's already playing.
