I think there was some key combination or something that allows me to put pictures from my hard
drive on this flash, but I don't know how to do it.

You can open some sort of control panel by pressing the up or down arrows...still experimenting
with other keys

Okay, so far...
Shift holds the picture in place.
Space and Delete remove the cum shots.
And finally the up and down arrows pull up a control panel.

putting a path to an image in the control panel then pressing load just makes it go blank..

I remember this flash now.
To get that function to work, you have to save the flash to your HD, then put images in the same
directory as the flash. It works then.
