A chiptune uses <100byte samples to make music, usually just enough room to describe a sine,
square, and triangle/saw. That said, this tune is definitely demoscene work, especially the
arpeggio effect, and borderline chiptune. Could go either way.
That said, what kind of loser QQs about whether it was a chiptune?
