Do you mean the preloader (PetMe64 is not monospace so I had to work around it a bit) or the 0x40
itself?
It looks fine to me (I commend your eyesight), but the texts have different antialiasing values;
that could be it.
A bigger problem is the too small of an overlay in the transition, which you can see if the SWF
is opened in it's own tab.
