block right before she attacks, which is when the red gauge is full.
you block by clicking anywhere around her and holding.
to attack, click her when the blue gauge is half full or more. waiting for it to fill up will do
more damage.
the yellow gauge at the top is your special.
mashing attack will do a combo attack, with a bigger chain the more full the special gauge is.
successfully attacking and blocking fill the special gauge.
you get different endings depending on how you treat her, obviously.

that's one option, yes.
you can also rape just before you win. when she's at very low health you have the option to do an
interrupt right after her special attacks, or if you manage to knock her down with a heavy blow
without actually defeating her.
i think there's a different interrupt scene for each of her special attacks and your knockdown.
you'll need to download the full version in >>2286036 though, as the sex scenes are in separate
files in a sub-folder.
