im looking for a specific flash
it´s a game mouse-only where you need to resolve puzzles based in 7 or 8 different mental
illness, and everytime you resolve one, you win a coin with a rune on it.
kinda artistic and oscure themed

I can imagine an adventure game like this in flash format
not an action shooter though because it would be clumsy as fuck (the doom and quake had terrible
mouse control)
also you can sprint with shift key
