  I guess a little knowledge of Japanese is required to get the most laughs out of this silly
  flash. Basically, this is what is sounds like to the Japanese as to what they're saying, hence
  all the random scenes in it. I guess the closest English example would be "we Drink Ritalin",
  look that one up if you haven't seen it.
