No, it's not. Get closer to the pearl itself. The farther away you are from it, the faster you
have to move.
That final attack with the spikes is BULLSHIT though, holy shit.

I have never gotten to that part. usually kill the crab during the pearl attack or just
immediately after. I've beaten it on easy with 4.6 million and hard at about 3+ million with the
same amount of deaths (only one death per run).
