It's the most frustrating experience for any Mario platformer except Mario 2 (Lost Levels), which
was made for Mario 1 pros. The sprites are too tiny to look good and the Power Ball form is like
something LJN shat out. Mario Land 2 is the good Gameboy Mario. This is why none of the original
characters from Mario Land show up, except for Not-Peach when Peach needed a counterpart in the
sports games. Rosalina is phasing Not-Peach out for that role because she came from good,
memorable games. It's not a bad game, but for Mario standards it's shit.
