There is however only 1 real good ending.
You have to follow the zombie by clicking on him, and trail him in the nuclear ruins.
You find him first in the metro ruins

secret side panel at the side of the secret passage and then activate the bird.

Find the bit on the bird that stands out and click on it.
Hint: it's the eye.
