Yeah this was in Sailor Moon Super Romance, the last movie they released. They were competing
with a lot of other anime that were showing lots of fanservice like this. This movie was really
well received with the 20-40 male demographic which it the prime market for anime. Sadly the
voice actress for Chibimoon (The little girl in this scene) was played by an 18 year old and
after that news slipped the fans boycotted the theaters and the studio decided not to release a
home video version. This is from a screener copy that got leaked to the net last year.
