Inb4 somebody asks "how do you make this" and somebody else says "find an mp3 of the song and
subtract it from the movie audio."
There's no way that would work, because the sound mixing will be completely different. The
sampling rate won't even be the same, and the difference won't be nyquist sampled do it will be
noticeable.
The only way to do it well is by manipulating the tracks present in the movie itself. And I'll
give you a hint, for this movie it really isn't hard at all... beyond trivial even.

And by the way I don't say "beyond trivial" because I'm trying to sound superior. I say it
because American Psycho's surround sound actually has the music on a completely different channel
than the sound effects and dialog in this scene. Like, the center channel is literally just the
audio track that people are always asking for when this or chicken yodeling version of this are
posted.
