You have to bid as close to the number as you can, and are guessing how many they'll bid.
If you have the higher number, the other person gets the card, and that number counts negative
towards their score.
The problem is, you always swap the amount that you bid, so you can win some, but have less to
bid in the next few.

if you "win" a run of cards, only the lowest score counts negatively. for example, if you "win"
6, 7, and 8: you only get -6 points instead of -21.
runs have no limit so it's theoretically possible to "win" 15-34 and only get -15 points for the
whole game.
ties resolve in an alternating pattern. i think you win the first tie automatically then the next
tie will go to COM then back to you and so on. this can be problematic when trying to build runs
so plan ahead!
also each card enables a toggle in the dressup/strip game when you win a round so if you want to
be The Big Hentai, try to win all 34 cards over multiple games.
