No wonder those broads were flipping their shit.
That's the down payment and mortgage for years to come on a home.

Don't buy a car you can't afford.
>> [_] Anonymous 06/19/14(Thu)08:02 No.2422050
Really, if you're going to sink a ton of money into something, sink it into real estate and
improve your quality of life before getting a hopped up metal box with wheels that loses value
every year.

Proof that women are cunts when men want to enjoy something in life. We need equal rights, I'm
tired of being treated like this by women.

It is the FRS but here in europe it's called the GT86.
>> [_] Anonymous 06/19/14(Thu)08:21 No.2422064
>>2422062
no, it's name depends on it's brand.
Subaru calls theirs the BRZ
Scion calls it the FRS
Toyota calls it the GT86
It should be noted that it was developed as a joint project between toyota and subaru. (scion is
just a child-brand of toyota)

If you and your woman were barely making ends meet and she took out a huge loan for an expensive
luxury car or a bunch of designer clothes you couldn't possibly afford, how would you feel about
that?

Not if you keep it in shape.
Then it GAINS value and you can sell it in 5-10 years for double the price.

Houses usually don't lose value unless the market goes to shit.
Cars *always* lose value. So your comparison is stupid.

No, it really doesn't. Real estate is not like movable property like a car. If you don't want to
buy a location, you can't buy the identical location from someone else. It's a fundamentally
different economy from car buying.
Real Estate is not guaranteed to appreciate, but it does appreciate. The point is that cars
don't. Ever. No car appreciates, unless it's a unique classic, and you can't afford that.
