Figured it out.
The three meters are Trust, Orgasm, and Lewd. Lewd goes up when you stare at her.
Talk to her, and make sure her trust meter goes light blue. Look at each of her areas twice. The
Lewd meter stops going up after twice each. After that, force her to roll her blouse up. The
Light Blue means her trust won't go down as fast. Play with the breasts for a little bit (Don't
push your luck) and you'll unlock the next set of dialogue options. you have to be a manipulative
monster to win (and not a beta), but I already beat Long Live the Queen, so I'm probably set.
