I use flash game maximizer with this.
>click f11 with the browser
>click flash game maximizer, usually black screens
>click it again but quickly move the mouse to the flash itself after clicking

So his method worked for me. Not sure why I couldn't fullscreen but I'm glad it works. I don't
see how it helps considering I'm using a laptop but oh well.
