i used media encoder CS6 for the conversion form the Youtube rip MP4 to FLV and prioritized
maintaining the audio quality while being mindful not to compress the video. I retained the
native frame rate and then when embedding in to Flash CS6 I didn't have to relay change the
encoding too severely. the only thing I could have improved on is the resolution.
