The whole Hey Paul meme has a clear, crisp humor, and a sheen of consummate professionalism that
really gives the edits a big boost. It's been compared to Hitler Reacts, but I think Hey has a
far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. I think the undisputed masterpiece of the form is
"Allstar", a song so catchy, most people probably close the tab as soon as it starts. But they
shouldn't, because it's not just about the banality of memes, and the importance of audio
editing, it's also a deeper statement about juxtaposition.
