This guy is in the PvP covenant, strips down to nothing and invades games to fuck with people.
You can do a little dance by equipping two bows and doing the "change ammo" animation for each
one.
He likes to fuck with people by tagging them with arrows for minimal damage, opening/closing a
shortcut gate in Undead Parish (which might make someone have to do that area again if they die),
etc
