The game does this to accelerate the attempts counter. As soon as you max out attempts it'll stop
doing that and start giving you green coins.

Trophy 1: Go to the left repeatedly (Hold left basically)
Trophy 2: Die to the left, die to the right, repeat process
Trophy 3: Go to the right repeatedly (Cannot confirm this one, I had it from the get-go)
Trophy 4: Stand still
Trophy 5: Stare at candle (I recommend barely touching your sprite against one; I faced to the
right if it matters)
Trophy 6: Hold both left & right arrow keys
Trophy 7: Level up once (I hit level 18 when I got it, not sure if the number matters)
Trophy 8: Get all other trophies
Zeniths 1-4: Max Attempt/Distance/Time/Medals
Zenith 5: Max Levels/Exp (Level 63)
Zenith 6: Max Coins (100,000ish, it's easy once you get green coins from getting the other
zeniths)
Zenith 7: All Trophies and all six other zeniths
Endgame combination: LRLLRLRR
Game over: Die as close as possible to the cracked glass to your right via wiggling

In fact, I think that the seventh trophy actually is achieved by leveling up.
Furthermore, in the second run you can achieve the 100% if you got the three stars (that is
supposed that increase the stats faster). Consequents runs start with the previous percentage,
that is increased in 1 after each run after 100%.
