There were quite a few bad hits boxes they are just hard to notice if you dont really pay
ayyention to them. The pursuer is one big example but there are plenty more.

also the hacker problem is getting WAY out of control now. I mean DS1 had its hackers but holy
shit this game is infested with so many hackers I cant even enjoy pvp (the best and most
